Summary Louise and Jean are tasked with finding Katherine Blore, a woman who mysteriously disappeared from Captain Dana's ship before it docked. They trace her to her home but she refuses to see them. Upon trying to speak with her a second time, they find only the landlord locked in a closet. As the girls continue to investigate, Louise falls strangely unconcious and sleeps for twelve hours while in the house. The Dana girls now work to discover the poisonous herb that is likely the culprit for the sleeping illness and continue the search for the missing Miss Blore
